I have completed a 3-year full-time work experience as industrial designer in the fashion industry. My focus was on all types of leather products (bags, backpacks, wallets, etc.) - drafting CAD patterns from the first samples aimed at fashion shows and showrooms to production-ready files.

Main responsibilities

  • Drafting patterns from a sketch or image of a finished product (AutoCAD & Cleopatra parametric software)

  • selecting and assigning raw materials (leather), support materials, and metal hardware

  • defining and updating BOMs

  • updating the client's product PLM

  • coordinating product operations with the client's other manufacturers across Europe

  • preventing quality issues, testing products and processes for long-term durability

  • able to manage full prototyping process, from cutting (Teseo / Comelz) to assembly (bag construction)

  • creating technical sheets and manufacturing instructions

  • collecting daily feedback from manufacturers and providing immediate support

I have designed and developed CADs and technical documentation for seasonal and iconic products (Classic flapbag, Chanel 31, Chanel 25, and more).
